Our R&D division is growing globally andwe are looking for highly skilled and experienced PCB Designer tojoin our PCB Layout Design team at the new R&D site inBangalore India.

The PCB Layout Design team isresponsible for the layout designs of all the Hardwareproducts/projects and you will work with our Power Electronics andMechanical Engineers. The work includes working with Power AnalogDigital and Communication circuits.

Thisposition is very challenging and you will work on several projectsunder a tight schedule and in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including Hardware and Mechanical engineers production siteand product managers to ensure optimal integration of powerelectronics into overall system design.
  • Designand develop PCB layouts for power electronics systems including butnot limited to Power Inverters converters EV chargers and otherpower management systems.
  • Apply best practicesfor highpower and highfrequency PCB design including layer stack upoptimization thermal management and EMC/EMI mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct PCB design reviews simulations andanalysis to ensure reliability performance and compliance withindustry standards.
  • Lead the selection of PCBmaterials and components considering factors such as performancecost availability and manufacturability.
  • Stayupdated with latest PCB design tools technologies and methodologiesto enhance design efficiency and product innovation.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship tojunior PCB designers and other team members.
  • Work closely with manufacturing partners toresolve any PCB fabrication and assembly issues.
  • Drive results within constraints of Productlife cycle development and production at scale.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a focus onachieving tangible and measurable results.

Requirements :

  • Bachelors (B.E./B.Tech.)degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or arelated field.
  • 10 Years of experience in PCBdesign for power electronics applications.
  • Proficiency in PCB design software (e.g.Cadence OrCAD Allegro Altium etc.)
  • Strongunderstanding of power electronics principles and componentsfamiliarity with industry standards and regulations related topower electronics and PCB design.
  • Experiencewith thermal and mechanical considerations in highpower PCB design.
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities andattention to detail.
  • Excellent communicationand teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctionalteams.
  • Provide technical support andtroubleshooting assistance during product development. Stay up todate with the latest advancements in power electronics and firmwaretechnologies.
  • Experience in the renewableenergy or power electronics industry is an added advantage.
