Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Designer & Showroom Sales Manager to lead interior sales operations with a focus on bespoke kitchen design. This role combines creative design expertise with strong sales and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality kitchen and interior solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Consultation

  • Engage clients to assess their kitchen and interior design needs through consultations and site visits.
  • Create functional, aesthetically pleasing kitchen designs using CAD or design software.
  • Prepare mood boards, material samples, and detailed floorplans/renderings for client presentations.
  • Offer expert advice on layout, materials, cabinetry, appliances, and finishes based on budget and space.

Sales & Revenue Management

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed quotations and proposals.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final contract, including payment follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with project managers, installers, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term client relationships through outstanding service and post-project follow-up.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve design or installation issues proactively.

Operational & Administrative

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, project statuses, and sales data.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, materials, and product innovations.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in kitchen design and/or high-end interior sales.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen ergonomics, cabinetry systems, and space planning.
  • Proven sales track record with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in design software
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹540,000.00 per year
