The role is focused on Photoshop work — refining product images, retouching details, and preparing visuals for web, campaigns, and social.You don’t need to be a professional photographer, but you should be comfortable handling basic camera operations for simple product shoots.Responsibilities- Retouch and enhance product images for web and marketing use- Maintain consistency in lighting, color, and texture across the product range- Prepare final image assets optimized for digital platforms- Assist with simple product shoots (camera setup, framing, lighting basics)- Create clean visual compositions and product graphics when neededRequirements- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (retouching, masking, color correction, compositing)- Basic knowledge of camera operation (exposure, focus, white balance)- Strong eye for detail, color, and brand aesthetics- Ability to work efficiently and meet quick turnaround times- Bonus: experience with Lightroom, Illustrator, or short-form video editingAbout Bayne- Bayne is a design-driven brand creating minimal, functional everyday carry essentials.
