Quality Assurance: Ensure that all concept art meets the highest standards of quality, consistency, and artistic integrity.
Timeline Management: Manage workloads and adhere to project timelines, delivering high-quality concept art within established deadlines
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience as a Concept Artist in Gaming.
Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing concept art, including characters, environments, and props.
Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
Creativity: Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with the ability to think outside the box and bring unique ideas to the table.
Communication: Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, accepting and providing feedback constructively.
Leadership: Previous experience in a leadership or mentorship role is a plus.
