Responsibilities: Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms or suites. Provide a personalized welcome (e.g., welcome drinks, amenities, or unpacking service). Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, preferences, and special requests. Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times. Assist with packing/unpacking luggage and wardrobe organization. Arrange laundry, pressing, and shoe-shine services. Deliver room service meals or beverages discreetly and professionally. Manage wake-up calls, travel arrangements, and dining or spa reservations. Offer turndown services and ensure room readiness to the highest standards. Requirements Diploma or degree in  Hospitality Management / Hotel Operations . Minimum  1 –5 years of experience   in luxury hotels or fine dining service. Exceptional  communication and interpersonal skills . Discreet, courteous, and well-groomed appearance. Strong understanding of  etiquette, service protocol, and cultural awareness . Excellent  organizational and multitasking abilities . Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage. Knowledge of fine dining, wine service, and international service standards.
