Job Overview: Cimpress businesses and their in-house/third-party vendors (fulfillers) manufacture customized products that help our end-customers make an impression, be it small/medium businesses, direct customers, or resellers. In fulfilling the demand for such customized products, we are not only faced with the fulfillment problems like any other ecommerce company that ships off the shelf products, but also have the challenge of manufacturing and delivering customized products that are unique to each customer’s needs, on time and at the lowest possible cost. Fulfillment Domain (in Cimpress Technology) enables fulfillers to manage production and delivery to end-customers of the widest variety of near-zero defect, mass-customized products. We deliver these objectives through highly custom manufacturing systems that dovetail with in-house developed logistics and shipping systems to provide value across the entire fulfillment spectrum to our businesses and their end customers. We are in the process of re-imagining the entire Fulfillment Capability space and are looking for experienced PO/PMs to work with our Fulfillment Domain teams as part of Cimpress Technology in India, to build the future of mass customization. As a PO/PM in Fulfillment, you will be working in this unique space that is a combination of ecommerce fulfillment, manufacturing, and logistics, and faced with a plethora of interesting problems including production planning, prioritization of work, material management, machine integration, and shipping frameworks to mention a few. You will work closely with the Product Leader in the Manufacturing & Logistics operations space, to drive the product strategy, roadmap and implementation. This space is concerned with managing the inbound logistics, mechanisms like JIT, order aggregation, and movement of “work” on the shopfloor, among many other things. What you’ll be doing: Build thematic roadmaps that tie to the vision and strategy of your product Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in order to gather and assess product requirements, from vague business problems Prioritize requests and ideas for features by understanding the business value and impact, weighed against the risk and development time Balance short and long-term trade-off decisions between developing new features and maintaining an existing product Ensure user stories are converted to effective & informative engineering backlogs Define, measure, and publish product metrics to fully understand the performance of your product Conduct periodic research (Quantitative & Qualitative) to understand the evolving dynamics in the mass customization industry, and utilize that information to influence your product roadmap Collaborate with diverse and global product and engineering teams through the product life cycle, from concept through delivery Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, usage data, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization What’ll make you a Great Candidate: 4+ years of professional experience in a Product Owner / Product manager role at a product-focused company Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices Experience working on complex and high-quality B2B products in the manufacturing, supply chain, shopfloor or logistics spaces Strong sense of UI/UX concepts and familiarity of functional tools Exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills We’re a remote first company, and “we write things down” is a part of our culture.
