Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a world-class Principal Analyst – Oracle Finance based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Sr. Manager – Enterprise Systems (Finance & Costing) in an industry that is reshaping the world’s energy future, there’s no better place to be.

As a Principal Analyst for Oracle Finance & Costing at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the solution architecture and delivery of end-to-end IT finance solutions. This position is critical for planning, designing, implementing, testing, supporting, and optimizing the enterprise IT finance domain. Your deep expertise in Oracle EBS finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and AGIS, will be instrumental in streamlining our financial operations and achieving business excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing technical value-add consulting and ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

You’ll

be responsible for:

End-to-end solution architecture and delivery:Provide hands-on expertise in finance domain IT solutions and best practices.Extrapolate business requirements into system capability needs.Ensure solutions align with the finance domain, IT strategy, and roadmap.Collaborate with other domain consultants for cross-process impact assessment and solutioning.Ensure solution design documentation and governance.You will drive the implementation and support of Oracle EBS Finance modules:Responsible for all project activities related to Oracle EBS Finance and integrations with third-party systems.Strong hands-on experience in supporting and setting up tax structure, SLA & data integration with tax engines like SabrixLead/work with system technical developers (in-house/external) to ensure solution build.Serve as a point of escalation for project issues, identify roadblocks, and communicate project status.Single point of contact (SPOC) for escalated system issues, containment fixes, and permanent resolutionResponsible for Oracle EBS financial modules support in a 24x5 environment, including on-call support.You will drive collaboration and governance:Collaborate with internal and external auditors, prepare for SOX controls, and review controls.Work and liaise with customer stakeholders to drive adoption and solution performance measures.Collaborate with IT solution partners, vendors, and SaaS providers for timely delivery of best-fit solutions.Ensure solution development quality and deployment test criteria agreed with stakeholders.

You should bring:

Don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes – apply anyway Your experience is more than just a list of technical skills.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.Hands-on experience in the areas of Oracle Finance GL, AR, AP, CM, FA, Cost Accounting, AGIS, and associated finance modules.10-12 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.X) Finance or similar platforms.Extensive experience in end-to-end core finance business processes.Strong understanding of system and data integration architecture of Oracle EBS R12.2.X.Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post-production support, and documentation.
