Bootstrapped since inception, we’ve built a powerful suite of products that empower enterprises to extract insights, optimize infrastructure, and make smarter, data-driven decisions.We’re looking for an experiencedLead Implementation Engineerwith strong expertise inITSM toolsand hands-on experience inimplementing ITSM solutionsfor enterprise customers.What You’ll Do:Design and implementITSM architecturesfor enterprise clients.Lead end-to-endITSM tool implementationsand integrations.Collaborate with DevOps, Product, Support, and Security teams for smooth project delivery.Conduct customer workshops, technical trainings, and solution handovers.Develop documentation, best practices, and mentor junior engineers.What We’re Looking For:Proven experience inITSM implementation( ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Microfocus, Zoho Service Desk) .Exposure tomonitoring tools(Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK Stack, Broadcom).Strong understanding of ITIL processes and network architectures (secure zones, DMZ).Experience with on-premises and cloud deployments.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.ITIL certificationpreferred.Hands-on withLinux/Unix and OS environments .Life at Motadata:Work Life Balance:-We Encourage it.
