Job description

  • Managing and supporting all the SAP operations in JGH for various functions like Planning, production, Finance, Warehouse etc.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing the issues reported by SAP users in JGH.
  • Provide the required technical training to the end users of SAP
  • SAP role level access management and control to make sure that the data security guidelines are followed.
  • Implementation additional business process through SAP so that most of the manual process can be avoided. Eg. Picklist generation through SAP.
  • Article creation & Maintenance in SAP in collaboration with business & technical team to ensure correct values for all fields are maintained.
  • Serves as the SPOC for SAP related issues / enhancement requests; Coordinate third party vendor to make the required changes in the SAP system.
  • Manages all SAP support executives to ensure SAP needs are being met in compliance with quality standards.
  • Routinely audit data against established rule sets to ensure consistency and accuracy of information, and update data as necessary.
  • All SAP issues to be tracked and resolved with the defined SLA.
  • Prepare documentation for SAP activities for various functions so that everyone is aware of the process used for day-to-day SAP operations.
  • Implement best practices in the team so that we can continuously improve the efficiency and quality of the deliverables
  • Implementation of latest version like S/4 HANA and Analytical tools like Tableau
  • Work with other technical vendors in terms SAP integration to other systems
