The Investment Analyst will be anintegral part of the investment team responsible for conductingdetailed research and analysis of potential investmentopportunities. This role requires a strong analytical mindsetfinancial acumen and the ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment. The successful candidate will support senior teammembers in making informed investment decisions and managingexisting portfolioinvestments.

KeyResponsibilities
  • InvestmentAnalysis & Research: Conduct thorough marketresearch industry analysis and financial modeling to evaluatepotential investmentopportunities.
  • DueDiligence: Assist in the due diligence process forpotential investments including financial operational and marketanalysis.
  • FinancialModeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial modelsto support investment decisions and portfoliomanagement.
  • Reporting& Documentation: Prepare detailed investmentreports presentations and documentation for internal and externalstakeholders.
  • PortfolioManagement Support: Monitor and analyze the performanceof portfolio companies providing regular updates andrecommendations to the investmentteam.
  • MarketMonitoring: Stay updated on market trends economicconditions and regulatory changes impacting the investmentlandscape.
  • Deal ExecutionSupport: Assist in the execution of investmenttransactions including coordination with legal compliance andexternaladvisors.
Qualifications
  • Education: Qualified Chartered Accountant(CA)
  • Experience: 03 years of experience in investment banking private equity assetmanagement or relatedfields.
  • TechnicalSkills: Strong proficiency in financial modelingvaluation techniques and financial statement analysis. Advancedknowledge of Microsoft Excel andPowerPoint.
  • AnalyticalSkills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills withthe ability to interpret complex data and generate actionableinsights.
  • CommunicationSkills: Strong written and verbal communication skillswith the ability to present findings clearly andconcisely.
  • Attention toDetail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail inall aspects of work.
  • TeamPlayer: Ability to work collaboratively in a teamenvironment and contribute to teamobjectives.
  • TimeManagement: Strong organizational skills with the abilityto manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpacedenvironment.
