Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and creative Content Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Content Graphic Designer with a focus on social media, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and engaging our audience across various platforms. From designing eye-catching social media posts to creating captivating reels and stories, you will have the opportunity to bring our brand to life through visually stunning content.


Responsibilities:


  • Design visually compelling graphics and layouts for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging and on-brand content for social media posts, stories, reels, and other formats to drive audience engagement and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media features, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in social media design.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Canva.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices for content creation and optimization.
  • Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
