Job Title: Salesforce Education Cloud Architect Experience: 8–10 Years (Australia Timezone – 6:30 AM IST Start) Job Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Education Cloud Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Education Cloud solutions for a large-scale academic environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Education Cloud architecture, student lifecycle management, and multi-cloud integrations, along with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders across the Australian timezone. Key Responsibilities Architect end-to-end Salesforce Education Cloud solutions aligned with institutional goals and business processes. Lead requirement workshops, solution design, roadmapping, and documentation. Design data models, automation flows, and scalable integrations for student lifecycle management. Work with cross-functional teams on Education Cloud features: Admissions, Student Success Hub, Advising, and Program Management. Ensure platform best practices related to performance, scalability, governance, and multi-org strategy. Oversee technical implementation, guide developers, and conduct code reviews. Integrate Salesforce with external systems (SIS, LMS, ERP) using Mulesoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware connectors. Develop and maintain security models, sharing rules, and compliance standards. Conduct hands-on configuration and troubleshoot complex platform issues. Provide leadership on release planning, testing strategy, and production deployments. Required Skills & Experience 8–10 years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem with at least 3+ years in Education Cloud or Higher Education domain. Strong expertise in Education Cloud, Student Success Hub, Admissions Connect, and Program Management . Proven experience designing large-scale Salesforce architectures in enterprise environments. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and data modeling. Strong understanding of integration architecture , API frameworks, Mulesoft, and middleware. Experience with Salesforce Security, Sharing & Visibility, SSO, and OAuth. Knowledge of CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) is a plus. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and solution-presentation skills. Ability to work in Australian business hours (6:30 AM IST start) . Nice to Have Salesforce certifications such as: Education Cloud Consultant Application Architect / System Architect Integration Architect or Data Architect Salesforce Administrator & Platform Developer I/II Experience working with Australian universities, colleges, or vocational institutes.
