Field Executive Internship

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients (HR Heads, Informal workers, Business Owners) for payroll outsourcing solutions.

  • Conduct field visits, meetings, and presentations to explain payroll services (salary processing, statutory compliance – PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, etc.).

  • Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and market research.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client meeting → proposal → negotiation → closure.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

  • Meet assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

  • Keep track of competitors' activities and suggest strategies to improve market share.

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
