**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Integration Development:**

- Create and maintain Zapier integrations to connect various applications and automate workflows.

2. **Workflow Automation:**

- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation through Zapier.

3. **Testing and Troubleshooting:**

- Conduct testing of integrations to ensure reliability and performance; troubleshoot issues as they arise.

4. **Documentation:**

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integrations, including user guides and API specifications.

5. **Collaboration:**

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.

6. **Monitoring and Support:**

- Monitor integration performance and provide ongoing support to address user queries and issues.

7. **Best Practices:**

- Stay updated with Zapier features and best practices, implementing them in integrations.

8. **User Training:**

- Provide training and support to team members and clients on effectively using Zapier integrations.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in Zapier and its functionalities is a plus.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks is advantageous.

- Strong understanding of workflow automation principles.

- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or others).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.

**Preferred Experience:**

- Previous experience in integration development or automation projects.

- Familiarity with various SaaS platforms and their APIs.
