Your day
Translate concepts into frameworks like user flows, wireframes, mockups, and Prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences and responsive designs.
Facilitate the client's product vision and mission by including user research, qualitative and quantitative data that you translate into sketching's, and prototyping for digital products.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces.
Identify design problems and devise elegant MVP solutions.
Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core and new functions and features.
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs (continuous improvement).
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders (design pairing and pairing with other team members).
Requirements and desired skills:
Degree in design (communication design, product design, graphic design, interaction design, human-computer interaction) or comparable training with relevant experience.
3 years of UX design experience.
Preference: candidates with experience designing MVP solutions for complex problems in complete digital environments.
Experience with agile/lean software development.
Conduct user and market research, and testing, when needed.
Synthesize and share research findings (user flows, user personas, user journeys, etc).
Help to make product decisions based on findings (Combined with business needs and technical constraints).
Translate concepts into wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes.
Work with design systems and brand guidelines.
Understand product, brand, strategy, and vision and ensure design follows them. Improve existing designs and flows.
Create project documentation.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client's business needs and vision.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to create solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, decisions, and solutions clearly and effectively to teams and clients.
A clear understanding of user-centered design and design thinking, and the ability to apply the related methodologies easily.
Expertise in standard design software such as Figma, Adobe, Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and Framer. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
