Job Title: Senior Software Engineer (React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind CSS)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS to join our development team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of modern web applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the technical direction and providing leadership to the team.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and development of web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend developers to understand project requirements and translate them into responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.

- Architect and implement robust and scalable frontend solutions, emphasizing performance, maintainability, and reusability.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring the team's adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and performance optimizations within the frontend codebase.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs

- Optimize web applications for speed, performance, and scalability, addressing challenges related to browser compatibility and load times.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development, and apply this knowledge to improve the team's workow and skills.

- Take ownership of the user interface development process, from design implementation to deployment, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, providing ecient solutions and troubleshooting guidance to the team.

- Continuously assess and enhance the frontend development process, tools, and methodologies to improve eciency and productivity.

Qualications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related eld Master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.

- Strong prociency in JavaScript and modern web development tools and libraries.

- In-depth knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux).

- Prociency with TypeScript for type-safe and ecient coding.

- Experience with Next.js and server-side rendering (SSR) for optimized performance.

- Expertise in Tailwind CSS for ecient and maintainable styling.

- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.

- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends and technologies.
