Role Summary

An experienced and knowledgeable SAP Automation Trainer with expertise in Worksoft Certify is required to deliver end-to-end training programs focused on SAP automation and testing. The role involves teaching automation concepts, demonstrating tools, and guiding learners through practical exercises to help them develop real-world skills.

Success in this role means conducting engaging and effective training sessions that enable participants to confidently apply Worksoft Certify for SAP automation projects. The trainer will be responsible for simplifying complex technical concepts, providing practical insights, and ensuring learners are industry-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver structured training on SAP automation concepts and the use of Worksoft Certify, covering SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, and PP.
  • Teach participants the differences between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, and demonstrate automation across SAP GUI and Fiori.
  • Provide guidance on Worksoft Certify installation, configuration, and setup.
  • Train participants on process capture tools including Process Capture 2.0, LiveTouch, and TouchLearn, and creation of reusable utility modules.
  • Guide learners in using layouts, recordsets, and variables to build scalable automation scripts.
  • Demonstrate debugging methods, use of breakpoints, and execution controls such as Stop-on-Failure.
  • Teach handling of dynamic properties to ensure script resilience against UI changes.
  • Provide training on integrations with SAP Solution Manager, Continuous Testing Manager (CTM), Execution Manager, and Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Share best practices for creating modular, reusable, and maintainable automation scripts.
  • Conduct hands-on assignments, sandbox activities, and case studies to strengthen practical knowledge.
  • Support learners with Q&A sessions, troubleshooting, and assessments to track progress.
  • Develop and update training materials such as slides, manuals, and exercises.
  • Continuously refresh content to reflect new features in Worksoft Certify and evolving SAP automation practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong expertise in Worksoft Certify and SAP automation workflows.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with hands-on experience in SAP GUI and Fiori.
  • Previous experience as a trainer, mentor, or instructor in SAP automation/testing.
  • Understanding of SAP Solution Manager integration with Worksoft Certify.
  • Familiarity with automation in CI/CD environments (preferably Jenkins).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners of different levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring and guiding learners to become job-ready.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 5 days

Pay: ₹2, ₹3,000.00 per day
