Job Description :


- Lead the UI development efforts, providing technical guidance and mentorship to the front-end development team.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient UI solutions.

- Architect, design, and implement user interfaces using Angular/React frameworks, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and scalability.

- Drive best practices in UI development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in front-end development, incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance the product's UI/UX.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.

- Work closely with the QA team to ensure comprehensive test coverage and participate in the resolution of UI-related issues.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (X years) as a UI developer, with a focus on Angular/React development.

- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Angular (versions X.X) and/or React (versions X.X).

- Solid understanding of responsive web design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end interfaces with backend services.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.

- Experience leading or mentoring a team of front-end developers.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with UI testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, Jest, or Enzyme.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

- Contributions to open-source projects or participation in developer communities. (ref:hirist.tech)
