Job Description – Senior Fullstack Developer (Python & Angular)

We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (Python & Angular) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex backend systems, APIs, and scalable front-end applications. Experience in BFSI / Payment system integrations is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and microservices using Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django).
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement unit and integration testing to ensure robustness.
  • Review code and mentor junior developers for quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Cloud & DevOps
  • Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Design and develop cloud-native applications using APIs, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Ensure application and data security, manage access controls, and adhere to compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI, SOC2).
  • Database Management
  • Design, manage, and optimize relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Improve database queries, handle migrations, and ensure data integrity & security.
  • Monitoring & Performance
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
  • Continuously enhance architecture and infrastructure for improved performance.
  • Frontend Development
  • Build responsive and dynamic UIs using Angular and JavaScript.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reusable Angular components for efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Primary Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in fullstack development with Python (backend) and Angular (frontend).
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
  • RESTful API development
  • Angular / JavaScript
  • SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ORMs)
  • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
  • Cloud platforms (preferably GCP)
  • Hands-on experience in scalable applications, microservices, and integrations.
  • Solid understanding of authentication & security protocols (OAuth2, JWT).
  • Strong experience with Git for version control.

Secondary Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog.
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming (asyncio, Aio
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Exposure to ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience in BFSI domain with payment system integrations.
