8:30am -5:30pm for 2-6 weeks in October/November 2024Language Requirements: English and Punjabi (professional/business)Task Description:This is an onsite position for a Content Moderator/Analyst to assist in our data collection projectAs a moderator, your primary responsibility will be welcoming the voluntary participants to our data collection project and leading them through the data collection session, ensuring that the audio recordings adhere to the project guidelines.Another major task will be to upload the data and convey session details to the project team. Your collaboration on this project will contribute towards our efforts to improve our client’s speech recognition system.ResponsibilitiesUnderstanding project provided documentation to assist participantsInteracting with participant(s) and leading them through the data collection sessionAcknowledging and resolving participants’ issues, escalate unsolved issuesCapture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goalConvey sessions details to the Project Manager and Production teamCommunicating and coordinating with project teamInteract with various hardware & softwareThis is an on-site roleModerator Skills RequiredModerator must be able to speak clearly and naturallyModerator must be fluent in both the language of collection and EnglishModerator must have some technical proficiency capable of using a Mac, iPhone, and comfortable working with Terminal in macOSModerator must be good with troubleshooting problems and finding solutionsModerator is required to update a spreadsheet-based tracker with details about each participant’s sessionIt’s critical this tracker is updated accurately and completelyModerators must be availability for the whole duration of project (2-3 weeks since beginning of project)Working hours 8:30 am – 5:30 pmTask Description:Understanding project provided documentation to assist participantsInteracting with participant(s) and leading them through data collection projectsAcknowledging and resolving participants’ issues, escalate unsolved issuesCapture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goalUsing Client tools to label/tag dataConvey sessions details to the Project Manager and Production teamCommunicating and coordinating with project teamInteract with various hardware & softwareIf you are interested in this Freelance Role, please send an email with your CV to Raj Shirke(Vendor Manager) at Use Email Subject: TransPerfect | Freelance Content Analyst (Punjabi speaker)- Application otherwise your application won't be processed immediately.DataForce by TransPerfect is part of the TransPerfect family of companies, the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions for global business, with offices in more than 100 cities worldwide.
