Role Description :

This is a full-time hybrid role for Hiring for SAP MM RoleC2H Position at Radiant Systems Inc. The role is primarily located in Hyderabad with flexibility for some remote work. The day-to-day tasks involve responsibilities related to SAP Material Management and Contract-to-Hire positions.

Qualifications :

- Proficiency in SAP Material Management (MM) module.

- Experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) positions.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.

Job Description :

- Minimum 12 years of total industry experience out of which at least 9 years relevant experience as SAP Material Management consultant.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable SAP solutions.

- Analyze existing business processes and recommend SAP standard solutions aligned with SAP best practices.

- Configure, test & deploy SAP MM functionalities to meet specific business requirements.

- Develop technical specifications, functional documentation, and user manuals.

- Implement and integrate SAP solutions with existing non-SAP applications using RFC/ File system/ IDOC.

- Conduct user training sessions and provide support during the hyper care period after the Go-live.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP system issues to ensure optimal performance.

- Bring in knowledge to the team about the latest SAP S4HANA functionalities.

- Sourcing & procurement, Contract management, Inventory management, Logistics invoice verification, setting up & troubleshooting of EDI/ALE interfaces between SAP & non-SAP third party applications for inbound & outbound data using Industry standard methods & best practices.

- Understand As-Is & To-Be for migration of legacy applications into SAP S4HANA such as Java based legacy applications, shared services & legacy data migration to ensure smooth transition to S4HANA.

- Strong integration skills for SAP MM with various other SAP modules like FI, CO, SD, PP & QM etc.

- Able to handle independently, mapping of complex business processes including interfaces, configuration, master data creation & maintenance, unit testing , system integration & support users during UAT, Cut-over & Go-live preparation , hyper care support phase.

- Experience in preparation of functional specifications for development with detailed technical descriptions (with BAPI, BADI etc.)


- Expert in functional business processes & SAP MM configuration/technical knowledge in the areas of Master Data, Production and Non-Production PR/PO, PO Confirmation, Scheduling Agreement, PIR, SL, Flexible workflow release Strategy, Subcontracting, GR, GI, Scrap, Physical Inventory, Cycle Counting, returns, vendor consignment, LIV, Material Valuation & Ledger, Batch management , serial number management, shelf life expiry check etc.

Location : Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Chennai/ Pune.
