Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested. Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, employees, and external stakeholders. Oversee office administrative functions to ensure efficiency. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making. Assist in drafting and reviewing correspondence, policies, and internal communications. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an executive secretary, similar role (Freshers can also apply) Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively. High level of discretion and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
