Role Overview
The Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling Stack Skills' student learning packages. You will begin with a
3-month internship
designed to provide on-ground sales exposure, product knowledge, and skill development. Successful interns will be offered a
permanent role
with excellent career progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Stack Skills' student packages to parents & students.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Report daily activities and performance to the team lead.
Compensation & Career Growth
Internship (First 3 Months) :
Stipend:
₹5,000/month & 30% incentive on every sale
Post-Internship (Full-Time Role):
- 1st Year CTC:
₹3.9 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1.2 LPA (Variable) - 2nd Year CTC:
₹4.9 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1.2 LPA (Variable) - 3rd Year CTC:
₹7.4 LPA (Fixed) + ₹1.2 LPA (Variable)
Total 3-Year Package (excluding internship): ₹16.2 L Fixed + ₹3.6 L Variable = ₹19.8 L
Eligibility for Promotion:
From
9 months onwards

- Graduation (Mandatory)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
