What You'll Do
Talent & Onboarding
- Run recruitment campaigns that attract go-getters.
- Design onboarding that feels less like paperwork, more like joining a mission.
Culture & Engagement
- Keep our startup spirit alive with recognition, rituals, and transparent communication.
- Organize team-building and hybrid working practices that energize.
Performance & Growth
- Set up KPIs, reviews, and career paths that actually work.
- Coach managers on people leadership.
Compliance & Systems
- Handle HR policies, payroll, contracts, and labor compliance.
- Use digital/AI tools to keep things lean and scalable.

What You Bring?
- Degree/MBA in HR or related field.
- 1–5 years' experience in HR (startup/fast-growth is a plus).
- Strong communication (English + Malayalam).
