Job Description:


  • Continuously monitor Nexthink data and alerts to identify potential issues or anomalies.
  • Analyze Nexthink data to proactively detect and resolve IT problems.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot incidents reported / related through Nexthink.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the monitored assets (including baselining).Create and update documentation related to incident responses and problem resolutions
