Job Description Oracle HCM Sr. Consultant- ORC, Core HR, Absence - NA shift Experience: 8+ years (relevant) Mode: 6 month Contract Budget: 1.67L per month Shift: North America (NA) Shift Job Locations: Pune / Ahmedabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Noida / Trichy / Mumbai Joining: Early / Immediate joiners preferred Role Overview We are hiring an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Core HR, and Absence Management . The consultant must be highly skilled in requirement gathering, configuration, solution design, client interaction, and end-to-end HCM Cloud implementation. This role requires working in the North American shift , engaging with global stakeholders, and managing delivery across multiple time zones. Mandatory Skills ✔ ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) ✔ Core HR ✔ Absence Management (Candidates must have strong configuration, implementation & client-facing experience in all three modules.) Key Responsibilities Lead functional delivery across ORC, Core HR, and Absence modules in Oracle HCM Cloud. Conduct client workshops , gather business requirements, perform gap analysis, and provide functional solution designs. Perform module configuration and end-to-end setup activities. Support data migration activities and validation during transitions to Oracle Cloud. Manage setup migration from non-production to production environments (DEV → TEST → PROD). Work on implementation project cycles — CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, and hypercare. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across global teams, especially North America-based clients . Manage functional delivery with minimal supervision and strong ownership. Handle multiple parallel tasks in a fast-paced environment. Participate in meetings aligned with NA time zones . Travel as required by business engagements. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 8+ years of Oracle HCM Functional experience. Strong hands-on expertise in: ORC (full recruitment lifecycle, job requisitions, job offers, approvals, configurations) Core HR (HCM structures, workforce structures, person management, employment flows) Absence (accrual plans, absence types, eligibility, fast formulas—preferred) Extensive experience in: Full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations Requirement gathering & functional documentation Data migration and validation Setup migration between environments Test planning, SIT/UAT support Strong understanding of HR processes, business flows, and cross-module interactions. Excellent communication & stakeholder management, especially with NA teams. Ability to work independently and handle client-facing engagements. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to additional modules like Talent, Compensation, or OTL. Understanding of quarterly Oracle Cloud patches & regression testing.
