We aim to solve the trillion-dollar Trust Gap in cross-border B2B trade by:De-Risking Supply: Guaranteeing quality & compliant sourcing for global buyers with aggregated supply.Create Supply Chain Control : Solving the fragmentation by integration into a single platform.Unlocking Capital: Provide transparent trade finance (factoring, credit) as a native platform feature.Role: Head of Global SourcingWe are seeking a highly experienced, entrepreneurial leader to join as a foundational team member. You will design and execute the Demand-First strategy, turning the vision into multi-million dollar contracts.Key Responsibilities & Challenges:Demand Strategy: Design and execute the global demand-generation strategy, initially targeting mid-to-large-scale importers/manufacturers.Consultative Sales: Implement a "Demand-First" sourcing approach, deeply understanding buyer specifications and using our platform's supply network to backfill their precise needs.Client Acquisition: Build and manage high-value relationships with key buyers and structure long-term supply contracts.Market Validation: Provide critical, real-time market intelligence to refine the product roadmap and monetization model.Ideal Profile & Background 10-15 years of progressive experience in international sales, commodities trading, or a senior sourcing role within a major B2B trading house.Must have direct experience securing recurring, multi-million dollar supply contracts with international importers/manufacturers in a high-trust vertical.Proven ability to manage complex forward contracts and navigate multi-cultural client relationships.A strong desire for an early-stage, high-equity role where you are accountable for building the company's revenue engine from the ground up.Call to Action This is an exploratory search for Founding Team Members .Relevant applicants will be considered for senior roles with significant equity and high-impact potential.
