We’re a close-knit team that partners with factories to source and build furniture that transforms workspaces.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant with a background in Interior Design - to support leadership while acting as a key point of contact for client communication. This role goes beyond scheduling – you’ll nurture relationships, coordinate with customers, and help ensure we deliver on our promises with grace and precision.Key Responsibilities- Act as a liaison between the company and clients – respond to emails, calls, and follow-ups- Maintain a calendar of meetings, installations, and customer check-ins- Prepare quotes, presentations, and communication drafts for leadership- Track ongoing client projects, feedback, and timelines using tools like Excel or Notion- Assist in organizing client meetings, showroom visits, and follow-up communication- Maintain accurate client records and communications history- Support day-to-day admin tasks, documentation, and internal coordinationWhat We’re Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing or executive assistant roles- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal- Proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and productivity tools and CAD/Sketchup- Professional, approachable, and reliable demeanor- Strong follow-up and relationship-building instincts- Back ground in interior design will be helpfulBonus if you have- Experience in design, interiors, or furniture industries- A knack for making clients feel heard, respected, and remembered- Prior work in a small business or startup environmentWhat You’ll Get- A chance to grow with a modern, design-forward company- High autonomy, visibility, and learning opportunities- A supportive and creative work cultureTo Apply: Send us your CV and a quick note on why you’d be a great fit.Email: , whatsapp - Learn more:
