Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2+ years of experience to craftseamless, visually engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate shouldbe proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator etc), Figma, andhave a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. You’ll work closely withcross-functional teams to bring intuitive designs to life and enhance user satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:● Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobileapplications.● Conduct user research, create user personas, and define user journeys.● Optimize designs based on user feedback, A/B testing, and usability testing.● Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate designideas.● Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences.● Maintain design consistency by following brand guidelines and UI design systems.● To adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.● Stay ahead of UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, icons, graphic design and stylestandards on typography to continuously improve user experiences.● To Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, andwidgets for our digital assets.● To Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows,and target links for landing pages.Requirements:● 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, etc.● Strong understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and user researchmethodologies.● Should have working knowledge of the related technologies and software that includeSketch, In Vision, i OS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.● Experience with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools is a plus.● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.● A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.● Should be Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.● Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work in a fast-paced startupenvironment.● Familiarity with motion graphics or animations for interactive elements is aplus.Preferred Qualifications:● Experience in designing for mobile and web applications.● Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.● Ability to interpret data and analytics to enhance user experience.Benefits:-● Competitive salary.● Opportunity to work closely with management and directly influence the product.● Fast-paced and collaborative work.If you are passionate about designing seamless digital experiences and love solving userproblems through design, we'd love to hear from you
