About the Role

We're building the brain of Fabric — an AI that can run interviews, screen resumes, and spot when someone's trying to game the system. You'll help us experiment, ship fast, and make the AI sharper every week. Think prompts, workflows, RAG, and a bit of model fine-tuning along the way.

What You'll Do

  • Design and refine prompts for multiple workflows.
  • Work with real data from interviews to improve accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to put models into production.
  • Build evaluation datasets and tune our models.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of data/ML experience.
  • Strong in Python and comfortable with ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow/Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with building and training classical ML models.
  • Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or RAG pipelines.
  • Curious, hands-on, and ready to experiment.
