Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Manager of Accounts. The Manager of Accounts will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. Daily tasks will include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, conducting audits, ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes, and liaising with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

  • Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance skills
  • Experience in managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and conducting audits
  • Familiarity with month-end and year-end close processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are a plus
