Serving over 800 customers in 88 countries, ACI's software and services ensure reliable, scalable, and secure payment services every second of every day.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Support the Business Unit Operations team in documenting and analyzing business processes across departments. Assist in identifying inefficiencies and proposing basic improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Participate in stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather process requirements. Help prepare process maps, flowcharts, and documentation using standard tools. Contribute to internal efficiency initiatives by collecting data and supporting metric development. Collaborate with senior analysts to understand methodologies, procedures, and best practices. Support the creation of training materials and communication plans for process adoption. Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvement opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge and Expertise Basic understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies. Exposure to financial services or technology operations is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Compliance or audit familiarity Skills Strong written and verbal communication. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and take initiative. Time management and organizational skills. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES Understand and adhere to all Corporate Policies including but not limited to ACI Code of Ethics and Global Information Security. Assist in documenting key operational processes such as onboarding and exception management. Support process optimization efforts through data collection and analysis. Participate in cross-functional meetings to observe and learn about process improvement strategies. Help track adoption and compliance metrics for newly implemented processes. Contribute to the development of process-related training and communication materials. Engage in learning opportunities to build foundational knowledge in business process analysis. Minimum Requirements Needed Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Information Security, Computer Science or a related field. Strong interest in business operations and process improvement. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
