Power Platform Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Solutions:- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps.- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate (Flow).- Create dashboards and reports using Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.- Develop chatbots and other AI-driven solutions using Power Virtual Agents.- Collaboration and Support:- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources.- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions.- Quality Assurance:- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security.- Implement best practices for Power Platform development, including version control and code reviews.- Training and Documentation:- Created and maintained comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including user guides and technical manuals.- Train end-users and support deployed solutions to ensure effective adoption and usage.
Qualifications:
- Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Experience:- Proven experience (3+ years) in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.- Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.- Experience in integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft services such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint.- Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and APIs.- Skills:- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Certifications:- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-900, PL-100, PL-200) are a plus.- Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working in the automotive industry or manufacturing environments.- Familiarity with principles or similar lean manufacturing methodologies.- Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Additional Responsibilities:
- Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings, and participate in team-building efforts.- Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.- Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
