Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist.
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving measurable results for our business through data-driven digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance-based marketing campaigns across various online platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media channels.
Responsibilities :
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on investment (ROI).
- Monitor campaign budgets and allocate spending effectively to maximize results.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.
A/B Testing and Optimization:
- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to identify the most effective strategies.
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve performance.
Budget Management:
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI.
- Forecast future campaign costs and adjust budgets as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other social media platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with programmatic advertising and ad tech platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint.
