Responsibilities:

SuccessFactors EC Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring successful configuration, customization, and integration with other HR systems. Consultation and Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business to understand their HR processes and requirements, providing expert advice on best practices and leveraging SuccessFactors capabilities to meet their needs. Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, Coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints, monitor project progress and promptly address any deviations or issues that may arise during project execution, ensure successful project delivery by managing resources efficiently and resolving conflicts or obstacles. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SuccessFactors EC to align with business-specific HR processes, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience. Data Migration and Integration: Oversee data migration activities and ensure seamless integration with other HR and business systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and other business stakeholders, offering ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and enhance user proficiency. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR teams, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and align objectives, facilitate effective communication between different teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and expectations, regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
Job Requirements Details: Requirements: Full time MBA degree from Tier1/Tier2 College. Proven Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of hands-on experience in implementing SuccessFactors EC solutions and managing HR technology projects. Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage end-to-end HR technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. SuccessFactors Certification: Possess relevant SuccessFactors certifications, with a focus on Employee Central. Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Problem-Solving Ability: Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR and system-related challenges. Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of the latest SuccessFactors updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve and innovate. Knowledge of Power BI & Data Analytics will be an added advantage.
