Job Purpose :
Responsible for day-to-day customer billing processes including invoicing and customer support under direct supervision.
Essential Functions:
Prepares customer invoices, and pays attention to special billing requirements - 50%
Responds to customer inquiries and researches billing issues - 25%
Assists Sales Teams and Credit and Collections with document scanning, invoice processing, and vendor inquiries - 15%
Oversees customer billing records and keeps current - 10%
Customer Service Experience - mandatory
