Position - HR Business Partner

Location - Gurgaon, India


Job description


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and succession planning.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Manage HR operations, such as benefits administration, compensation planning, and training programs.

Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives that support organizational goals.

Suggest new HR strategies

Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business strategy.

Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Partner with functional leaders to design and deliver training programs for employees.

Manage employee relations issues, including grievance handling, employee engagement, attrition, exit interviews, employee retention, performance appraisal, employee induction, and induction program.

Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.


Job Requirements:


Proven track record of success in a senior HR role within a multinational organization.

Strong understanding of local labor laws and best practices in HR management.
