Installation/Configuration/TroubleshootingSupport for CAD/CAE Applications like CATIA Siemens NX PTC CreoParametric Autodesk AutoCAD Dassault Solidworks Ansys HyperworksMATLAB and other similarapplications.Administration and maintenance of engineering applicationsincluding license management server infrastructures addonapplications and InHouse developedtools.InDepth knowledge on API Toolkits C# C .Net Java Perl programminglanguages with software developmentexperience.Experience in application upgrade troubleshooting evaluationtesting training and support for CAD/CAE tools along with CloudInfrastructureimplementation.Handson experience in license management utilities and Serveradministrationtools.Experience in any IT ticket management tools like ServiceNow or BMCRemedy or similartools.Troubleshootand resolves system problems incident/service requests with SLAadherence to improve customersatisfaction.Engagewith Software vendors stake holders IT departments to resolvetechnicalproblems.Niceto have knowledge on Incident/Request management Problem/Changemanagement and knowledge managementexperience.Niceto have experience on Windows/Linux OS environmentmanagement/maintenance.GoodTeam player and Communicationskills.
