We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Designer with a strong understanding of Development Control Regulations (DCR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed and accurate building drawings while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities: Create detailed 2D and 3D building drawings using AutoCAD concepts like Layers, Blocks, Model and paper Spaces, Viewports, Plotting etc., ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
Collaborate with Teammates
Revise drawings based on feedback requirements
Prepare and maintain a comprehensive set of drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and AutoCAD software advancements.
Requirements: Proven experience as an AutoCAD designer. Should have knowledge on different types of civil construction projects.
Should have in depth knowledge on representation of different construction entities (site plan, plot, tenements, ramps, staircases etc)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
A minimum of 2 years' experience is necessary for this position
Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in AutoCAD or related design software.
Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit)
Familiarity with local Development Control Regulations
Additional Information Compensation: 3.6 LPA
Work Location: Hyderabad, India
Work Arrangement: Work from office
Work Schedule: Daily work timings of 09:00 to 18:30 IST. 6-day work
