Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor located in Bengaluru. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will oversee cost control, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ), cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The individual in this role will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project costs fall within budgetary constraints while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Experience in Interior fit out is must, Work closely with the project team and ensuring accurate cost estimation and control throughout the project. Able to lead fit out project independently with knowledge of Quantity surveying, Rate Analysis, Value Engineering, Market Knowledge on pricing, procurement, post contract management, tracking budget & commercial closure of projects.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Cost Control and BOQ preparation
  • Expertise in Cost Management and Cost Planning
  • Proficiency in Cost Reporting
  • 10 to 12 years experience in project management and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
