Job Title: Soft Skills and Communication Trainer for IELTS Preparation

Location: PIBM, Pune

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Soft Skills and Communication Trainer to join our team to prepare students for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for helping students achieve their language proficiency goals.

Responsibilities:

1. IELTS Training: Conduct comprehensive training sessions to prepare students for the IELTS examination, focusing on all four components: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.2. Soft Skills Development: Design and deliver modules to enhance students' soft skills, including but not limited to communication, presentation, time management, and critical thinking.3. Individualized Instruction: Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their language skills and overall performance in the IELTS exam.4. Curriculum Development: Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to ensure alignment with the latest IELTS examination standards and requirements.5. Progress Monitoring: Track students' progress through regular assessments and evaluations, and adjust teaching strategies as needed to address areas of improvement.6. Cultural Sensitivity: Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that respects students' diverse cultural backgrounds and learning styles.7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate curriculum integration and ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.8. Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students outside of class hours, including assistance with study strategies, exam registration, and academic counseling.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.2. Certification in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.3. Proven experience in teaching English language skills, preferably with a focus on IELTS preparation.4. Excellent command of the English language, with advanced proficiency in all four language skills (Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking).5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse cultural backgrounds.6. Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.7. Knowledge of IELTS examination format, scoring criteria, and test-taking strategies.8. Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate varying student needs and learning styles.9. Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is an asset.10. Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
