We are seeking an experienced Python Developer specializing in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize ML solutions, with a focus on developing applications that leverage cutting-edge LLMs for natural language processing (NLP), predictive modeling, and other AI-driven tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with state-of-the-art LLM architectures, machine learning frameworks, and is proficient in Python for building scalable AI/ML applications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Model Development : Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, including large language models (LLMs) for natural language understanding, generation, and other NLP tasks.
- Python Programming : Write efficient, modular, and scalable Python code to develop ML/AI applications.
- Data Processing : Build data pipelines for preprocessing, cleaning, and organizing large datasets for model training and inference.
- Model Optimization : Optimize model performance using techniques like hyperparameter tuning, transfer learning, and model compression.
- Integration & Deployment : Integrate machine learning models into production systems using REST APIs, microservices, or other deployment methods.
- Collaboration : Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams to identify opportunities to leverage LLMs in solving business challenges.
- Stay Current : Keep up to date with the latest research in LLMs, NLP, and machine learning techniques to continually improve model accuracy and performance.
- Model Evaluation : Evaluate and validate model outputs using statistical methods, cross-validation, and A/B testing.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on machine learning or AI projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
- In-depth understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and their applications.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) tasks such as text classification, text generation, named entity recognition, etc.
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows: data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment and scaling.
- Solid understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and common ML algorithms.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience working with Hugging Face ecosystem and fine-tuning transformer models.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools for monitoring and maintaining models in production.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and Big Data technologies.
- Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS) for optimizing search and retrieval tasks using embeddings.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
