  • Client Relationship Management: You will maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for social media-related matters. You will provide regular updates, address concerns, and identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services.
  • Content Creation and Curation: You may be involved in content creation and curation for social media platforms. This includes developing engaging and compelling content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: You will monitor and analyze social media campaigns, using analytics tools to assess their effectiveness. You will prepare reports that highlight key performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights to clients.
  • Stay Updated with Trends: As a social media professional, you will stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and new features. This knowledge will enable you to adapt strategies and recommend innovative approaches to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail to create engaging content and optimize social media campaigns.
