Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Developer to join our growing technology team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business challenges. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to push the boundaries of Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for various business applications.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI/ML can add value.
  • Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering for model training.
  • Build predictive models, NLP systems, recommendation engines, and deep learning pipelines.
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure seamless data flow and integration.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, Deep Learning, and NLP techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data manipulation libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
  • Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with computer vision, speech recognition, or reinforcement learning.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
