Practice Head – Automotive Semiconductor role:Job Title:Practice Head – Automotive SemiconductorLocation:Pune / BangaloreExperience:18+ yearsPackage:75+++ added with other benefits.Notice Period:Immediate to 15 days.Job DescriptionThe Practice Head – Automotive Semiconductor will drive strategy, technical leadership, and business growth for the Automotive Embedded Middleware vertical, overseeing solutions including Autosar, Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto, and related technologies. This leadership role is responsible for technical oversight, people management, customer engagement, and innovation, ensuring high-quality and compliant solutions that align with both customer needs and organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic plans for Automotive Embedded Middleware offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals.Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and deployment of complex embedded solutions—Autosar, Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto, and more.Lead and mentor a team of engineers and architects to deliver high-impact projects, fostering a collaborative work culture.Drive customer engagement by understanding requirements and delivering solutions that ensure satisfaction and value.Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external partners to maximize resources and expertise.Champion innovation, leading R&D initiatives to incorporate the latest technologies and practices in the automotive domain.Ensure all deliverables meet industry standards for safety, security, and quality, and comply with relevant regulations.Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and ROI for all Automotive Embedded Middleware initiatives.Skills and QualificationsDeep technical expertise in Automotive Embedded Middleware platforms—Autosar (Classic/Adaptive), Opensource, BSP, OS, Android Auto.Hands-on experience working with semiconductor MCUs and SoCs (Qualcomm, TI, NXP, Infineon preferred).Proven leadership and team management abilities; excellent interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.Strong business acumen with an understanding of market trends and customer needs in the automotive semiconductor space.Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation and driving R&D.Mastery of software development methodologies (Agile) and programming languages (C, C++, Python).Knowledge of automotive systems including ECUs, networks, and relevant protocols.With Regards,
