Role : Assistant Manager/Manager - Performance (North)

Location : Gurgaon (Full-Time, On-Site)

Experience : 2–3+ years

Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager - Performance  to join our team in the North region  at Ventes Avenues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance campaigns, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth through effective sales and account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients & agencies, acting as their primary point of contact for all campaign needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities for new business and upselling to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize, execute, and optimize campaigns to ensure high performance and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Prepare and present campaign performance reports to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience : 2–3+ years in the advertising or digital marketing industry, with a proven track record in performance marketing.
  • Agency Relations : Should have a strong in-roads with top agencies like Group M, Dentsu, OMG, ZO, Etc
  • Sales Skills : Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Account Management : Expertise in managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Marketing Knowledge : A solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising trends, especially performance campaigns.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Business Development : Experience in identifying and acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
