Job Description:

Sr. No Details1 Achieves optimal electrical system operational efficiency by developing andmaintaining electrical systems.2 Accomplishes operational objectives by recruiting, onboarding, and managingEmployees.3 Communicates job expectations, monitoring and reviews job contributions, plans andadjusts compensation actions, and enforces stat policies and procedures.4 Optimizes engineering performance by contributing engineering recommendations toStrategic Planning and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementingproduction, productivity, quality, and customer-service standard goals; resolvingengineering 1Ssues; completing audits; identifying trends; determining systemimprovements; and implementing change.5 Meets departmental financial objectives by forecasting requirements and challenges,preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, andinitiating corrective actions.6 Develops strategic electrical plans by studying operational plans and existing conditions,determining needs to accomplish operational plans, mapping solutions, updating andmodifying requirements and solutions, and preparing cost estimates and budgets.7 Plans electrical projects by determining specifications, selecting contractors, establishinginstallation schedules, planning shut-dorms and installations, integrating architectural andmechanical design specifications, verifying code requirements, and updating costestimates.8 Completes electrical projects by supervising installations and resolving design issues.9 Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing ongoing maintenanceSchedules and procedures and testing programs, scheduling repairs, and coordinatingshut-downs and installations.10 Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcingstandards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations.11 Updates job knowledge by remaining current on codes and requirements, participatingin educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating inprofessional organizations.12 Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by collaborating with other membersof senior management.13 Manages vendor and subcontractor relationships.
