As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at BunkerTech, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality web applications that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will collaborate with a diverse team to drive innovations using the latest technologies and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers to create high-quality web applications
  • Utilise a stack including ReactJS, NextJS, TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Databricks, and Terraform to build complex features.
  • Lead design discussions and architectural decisions to align with customer needs and company goals.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular code reviews, bug fixes, and optimizations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to enhance team collaboration.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development, particularly with responsive designs.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks like TypeScript, ReactJS, and NextJS.
  • Strong experience in developing REST APIs; GraphQL knowledge is a plus.
  • Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or other datalakehouse solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and leadership in technical standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across cultural and geographic lines.
  • Passion for continuous learning and innovation.


Desirable

  • Basic understanding of finance and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with data engineering tools and concepts (ETL, Airflow, Dagster, Spark, Hadoop).
