ESL Steel Limited is poising towards debottlenecking of its operations & has expansion plans in Jharkhand state. We are in the process of expanding in 2 phases, First phase is 1.5 MT to 3 MT Brown field project and from 3 MT to 10 MT Green Field Project, to ensure Vedanta's strong footprint in steel business.

Position : Head Corporate affairs

Experience : Min. 15 Years with relevant experience in Corporate Affairs

Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate with relevant experience in Corporate Affairs

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive sustained advocacy to support business and ensure benefits for the organization and communities as well.
• Develop strong relationships with government agencies, policymakers, media, and industry bodies to drive corporate objectives
• Manage policy advocacy matters at state level & coordinate with central government
• Business risk analysis and mitigation by proactive engagement and use of policy Advocacy techniques
• Represent company interests in trade & industrial bodies
• Leverage government schemes, incentives, and trade policies to support business expansion and investment decision
• Proactively watch out for legislative & industrial specific updates to use it for Business development
• Develop and implement media advocacy strategy along with communication team

• Stakeholder management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate affairs, government liaison, and regulatory frameworks
