Job Purpose:

To ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of plant machinery and equipment by implementing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting breakdowns, and optimizing machine performance for smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of plant machinery and equipment.
  • Prepare and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
  • Diagnose machinery issues and resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure machinery complies with safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain records of service, maintenance, and spare parts inventory.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Supervise and guide maintenance technicians and operators.
  • Identify areas for machine improvement and recommend upgrades or modifications.
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors for machinery servicing and procurement.
  • Prepare reports on machinery performance, downtime analysis, and cost optimization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
